The torch flashlight that I received is not working, can you help me to determine the problem?

Be sure that you have charged the battery correctly.

Take the end cap off. Leave the battery in the Torch, be sure that you have the positive tip end inserted

into the Torch first. Therefore, you should be looking at the negative end of the battery. Take a metal spoon or fork

and use it as a jumper. Rest the handle on the lip of the Torch and pivot the end of the spoon or fork down onto

the negative end of the battery. If the Torch comes on, it means that you have a bad switch/end cap. Email support@wickedlasers.com for a new tail cap assembly.
