Recieved my order in 4 days!! From China to UK in less than a week is pretty amazing. The last time i bought one of these lasers it was a Nexus 100mw, i thought at the time that it was the coolest thing going...not a patch on the 1 watt Arctic,simply brilliant!!!! Keep up the good work guys, i would recommend you anyone. 10 out of 10.

the support was great ordered my laser on thursday  and it arrived on wednesday only 6 days to the uk wicker service

I almost did not order my Arctic 1.5W due to all of the problems circulating on the web. But I took the chance, and am so happy I did. The laser is an awesome laser, in the true sense. It arrived just before Xmas in just three weeks. Not bad with the holiday delays! The quality is excellent, and the customer service was polite, helpful, and usually responded within an hour of my emails. Wicked must have been overwhelmed at first, but they are on top of things now. Thanks guys!!!
