If you are not 100% satisfied with your laser unit, contact us within 30 days for a full refund excluding shipping!  You must contact us to get a Return Merchandise Authorization for your product.  You can email jeice@wickedlasers.com and put RMA in the subject with your order number.  Please include the reason for return and all of your contact information in the body of the email.
