 Where do you ship from?  
 All our products are shipped directly from our facilities in Shanghai, China.
     
 
 Will I be taxed?  
 No, you will not be charged any duties or taxes.
     
 
 What if I want to change my shipping address?  
 We can change your shipping address only if the item(s) has not yet been shipped. Please contact us immediately by submitting a ticket to the " I need to change my order or address" department
 How will I know when my order has been shipped?  
 Upon checking out, you will receive an email confirmation stating that Wicked Lasers has received your payment. An email with your order’s tracking information will arrive as soon as your order ships.
 How can I track my shipment?  
 You will receive an email with your tracking number after your order ships.  We have been using a shipping courier for various reasons so it currently has been taking extra time to receive products.
 I received a wrong or damaged product. What should I do?  
 If you received an incorrect item(s) or a damaged product, please contact us at the "I need to exchange or return my laser" department here. We will investigate your clai
 I never received my product. Is it stuck at customs?  
 If you have received a tracking email and it has been more than 9 business days since you placed your order and you still have not received your laser product, contact us immediately at support@wickedlasers.com
