Report A Damaged Item

If you have received your order in a damaged package and the product does not work properly. Take a picture of the damaged package and damaged item.

Send an email to support@wickedlasers.com with the pictures attached.

* Note: Warranty is not transferable. The original purchaser should be the one to contact Wicked Lasers using the same email address that was used upon placing the order. Include the Order ID and shipping address for verification.
